Best Trick: Camp Counselor “Qyain” says that I have lots of energy and I will need lots of exercise.  I am a learning quickly and that’s great.  I play hide and seek from Qyain and my trainers but Qyain is smart, he finds me when they say where’s Bobby! I’m usually under the deck or the couch.

Arrival Story: I came to Denver Dog Works to get to do a Camp Works 1 three week board and train.  My mom called Michele the lead trainer before I came to Denver from Virginia.  I’m getting a great start on my obedience, my mom will be so proud of me.

Bio:  I am a 16 week old Jack Russell Terrier.  I am a ball of energy.  I might be small but don’t let that fool you!

Denver Dog Works front entrance. We are in a small strip mall in the back next to a veterinarian and a small doggie day care. We are minutes from I-25 and I-225 conveniently located on Parker Road. We are just a short drive from D.I.A. as well as the west and north metro areas.

Spacious training area. The floor is professional grade rubber flooring often found in gyms and health clubs. We can hold group classes of up to 15 dogs in this area. In the summer we often hold our group classes outside.

We can teach competition obedience and other sports with your dog in a spacious training area.

Our evaluation area. We evaluate every dog before signing up for our training programs. We do this because we believe that every dog and owner is a team and that each has individual training goals. We do not do any cookie-cutter training at Denver Dog Works.

Our back counter. Denver Dog Works also offers day training. To the right is our class room for award winning lectures and seminars for upcoming canine trainers and the public for classes such as canine first aid and C.P.R., service dog education and more. Also our Denver studio for Dog Works Radio!

Arrival Story: I came to Denver Dog Works to learn how to be obedient, not jump and walk nicely on my leash.  I recently lost my loved one and moved in with her niece.  It’s been a difficult transition for me and they thought coming to Denver Dog Works would be good for me.  So far, I’m having lots of fun teaching the puppies and I’m getting used to walking nicely on leash and listening to commands.

Bio: I am 8 years old.  I was “loved” by my mom very much and was placed on a pedestal and could basically do as I pleased.  It was a dog’s life for sure.  In my new home, there’s more people and other pets so I must follow different rules.  Michele, my trainer, is making sure I’m having a good time and learning the basics.
